Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how WitOne, Inc. (“WitOne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit witone.one, use our products and services (the “Services”), or otherwise interact with us. We take privacy seriously — for ourselves and for the customers whose programs depend on us.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a demo, subscribe to content, register for events, or sign up for the Services, we collect the information you give us — typically name, business email, employer, role, and any details you choose to share in free-text fields.

Information from your use of the Services. We collect authentication data, device and browser data, log data, IP address, time zone, and usage telemetry necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Information from third parties. We may receive data from our partners (resellers, MSPs), our advertising partners, and from public sources (e.g., business directories) for the purpose of qualifying inquiries and informing account research.

Customer data.Information that our customers route through the Services — including security telemetry, prompts, model outputs, and tool-call metadata — is handled as “Customer Data.” We process Customer Data only as the customer instructs and under the terms of the applicable Data Processing Addendum.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide support
  • To send you transactional and (where permitted) marketing communications
  • To secure our Services against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations
  • To conduct research, analytics, and service improvement on de-identified data

3. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Where we are subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss FADP, our legal bases for processing include: (a) performance of a contract; (b) compliance with legal obligations; (c) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our Services; and (d) your consent, where required.

4. Sharing of information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Sub-processors. Vetted vendors that help us deliver the Services. A current list is maintained on our Trust Center.
  • Affiliates. Other entities under common control with WitOne, for purposes consistent with this policy.
  • Partners. When a transaction or referral involves a partner you have engaged.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any party.
  • Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, and (with consent where required) advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie preferences page where available.

6. International transfers

We are headquartered in the United States. Personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the US and other countries. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and additional safeguards consistent with applicable law.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Data retention is governed by the customer's applicable contract.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@witone.one. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to enable multi-factor authentication.

10. Children

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Services or by email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent change.
